The beachfront room was luxurious with huge comfortable beds and a great view, though it could benefit from a refurbishment soon. The hotel offered good service that was well-prepared for check-in, yet it could be less intrusive with constant interruptions. The location at the end of the palm was beautiful and luxurious, providing a splendid view of the Dubai action. The dining experience, especially when delivered to the room, was superb. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
The mansion hotel offers luxurious, spacious rooms with huge comfortable beds and a great view, making for a truly relaxing stay. However, the location was a bit further from the center than expected, and some areas, like under the pool beds, were not as clean as desired.
